Mục Đích / Purpose

Phong Trào Thiếu Nhi Thánh Thể nhằm hai mục đích tổng quát:

  1. Đào luyện thanh thiếu niên trở thành những con người kiện toàn và những Kitô Hữu hoàn hảo.
  2. Đoàn Ngũ hóa và hướng dẫn thanh thiếu niên loan truyền Tin Mừng Chúa Kitô và góp phần xây dựng xã hội.

The missions of the Eucharistic Youth Movement are:

  1. To educate youths in both their social and spiritual lives, as well as help them to become better people and responsible Christians.
  2. To organize and guide all youths and help them become more aware of the Church’s mission to the world by engaging in the spreading of the Good News, and be involved in working for the good of society through apostolate services, in serving others.

Nền Tảng / Foundation

Phong Trào Thiếu Nhi Thánh Thể lấy Lời Chúa trong Thánh Kinh và Giáo Huấn của Giáo Hội Công Giáo là nền tảng để giáo dục và hướng dẫn giới trẻ trong các hoạt động.

The Eucharistic Youth Movement takes both the Word of God in the Bible and the Teachings of the Catholic Church as its foundation to educate and guide young people in activities.

Lý Tưởng / Ideal

Phong Trào Thiếu Nhi Thánh Thể nhận Chúa Giêsu Thánh Thể là trung tâm điểm, là nguồn sống thiêng liêng và là lý tưởng sống của đời mình.

The Eucharistic Youth Movement recognizes the Eucharist as its center point, the sacred source of life, and ideals of our life.

Tôn Chỉ / Principles

  1. Sống Lời Chúa và kết hợp với Chúa Giêsu Thánh Thể bằng Cầu Nguyện, Rước Lễ, Hy Sinh, và Làm Việc Tông Đồ, cách riêng làm Tông Đồ cho giới trẻ.
    Live God’s Word and Unite with Jesus through Prayers, Holy Communion, Sacrifice, and Apostolic Actions, especially as the Apostles for the Youth.
  2. Yêu mến và tôn kính Đức Maria Mẹ Chúa Cứu Thế, để nhờ Mẹ chúng ta đón nhận Chúa và đem Chúa vào đời một cách tuyệt hảo.
    Love and honor Mary, Mother our Savior, so that through Her, we can receive God into our life in a more perfect way.
  3. Tôn kính các Thánh Tử Đạo Việt Nam; noi gương và nên chứng tá Tin Mừng Chúa Kitô.
    Honor the Vietnamese Martyrs; follow examples of the Witnesses of Christ’s Good News.
  4. Yêu mến và vâng phục Đức Giáo Hoàng, đồng thời cầu nguyện và thực hiện những ý chỉ hàng tháng của Ngài.
    To promote prayers for the Holy Father (carry out His monthly intentions) who is the Vicar of Christ on earth and to pray for the needs of the whole Church. Also, Love and obey the Pope.
  5. Thăng tiến con người nhân bản. Bảo tồn và phát huy truyền thống văn hóa dân tộc Việt Nam.
    Promote and To Self-improve humanity. Preserve & extend the Vietnamese Culture and Tradition.

through Holy Communion and adoration
Thiếu Nhi Thánh Giá Chúa nằm,
Nhìn lên phấn khởi chuyên cần hy sinh.		 Up there upon the cross where Jesus lay,
look up for an encouragement of a Diligent Sacrifice
Thiếu Nhi nhờ Mẹ đinh ninh,
Quyết làm gương sáng xứng danh tông đồ.		 From the Virgin Mary, we ask for a favor,
a True Disciple of Jesus we are determined to become
Thiếu Nhi mọi việc nhỏ to,
Tinh thần vâng phục chuyên lo đậm đà.		 No matter the hardship of a job,
with the spirit to Obey Authority with warmth and respect
Thiếu Nhi đằm thắm nết na,
Nói năng hành động nõn nà trắng trong.		 In a fond and Well-behaved Manner,
show the Purity of our heart in both our words and actions
Thiếu Nhi bác ái một lòng,
Tim luôn quảng đại mới mong giúp người.		 Being whole-hearted and humane,
with a large heart we hope to Serve Others
Thiếu Nhi ngay thẳng trọn đời,
Nói làm đúng mực người người tin yêu.		 Straightforward and Honest we should always be,
truthful in both words and actions to gain love and
Thiếu Nhi dù khó trăm chiều,
Chu toàn bổn phận mọi điều chăm chuyên.		 No matter the difficulties of all directions,
keep your honor whole and Perform Your Duties right
Thiếu Nhi thực hiện hoa thiêng,
Chép ghi mỗi tối cộng biên mỗi tuần.		 Carry out the Spiritual Bouquet with love and respect,
record each night and add to it each week
